Create Range White Emperor (Wai-iti)

When a client wants something different than the standard, the Create Range fits the bill.  Both client and Architect (Common Ltd) were on the same page when coming to CCB to create a bespoke, Emperor (400x39x75) brick, to clad this beautiful, modern, yet timeless, family home.  With a natural, white brick cladding, used both inside and out, in complete contrast to the dark metals and glazing and the warmth of beautiful timber floors, a very luxurious yet comfortable home has been achieved.  Coastal Brick and blocklaying did a superb job on laying the extra long, thin profile of the Emperor, in a random bond with a flush mortar and a very light white wash over top.  A stunning collaboration between, client, architect, builder, bricklayer and CCB to create this striking home.
