This 2022 NZIA Canterbury award winning build in the Otakaro East Frame, in the centre of Christchurch’s CBD, overlooks the new greenway in the city overlooking Rauora Park.
The Oxford Smooth brick with heightened, natural variation from the kiln firing, lends perfectly to the refined detailed brick work and the stunning classic red brick/black timber aesthetics.
The Oxford brick looking equally as good on a moody old, overcast day, as it does on the brightest of blue sky days.
